It will never be the wrong choice to defend yourself. No matter what they may try to sell you on TV. They will say its the teachers job, or the parents responsibility when YOU are being damaged everyday. I'm glad it helped.

Very good post. Excellent advice regarding combating negative thoughts with positive one. Whenever I have a negative thought, I cancel it out with atleast ten thoughts of its positive opposite. Glad you're back in action.

i know that i'm 3 years too late to attend the workshop you offered, but i was wondering when you would be back in the Seattle area because i have been searching for proper instruction in bagua here in Seattle, but so far have come up blank. I goggled Seattle Bagua, but the only things the search found were mostly taijiquan instructors who dabbled(for lack of a better word)in bagua and that was it. then i came across your blog which is odd because i follow your channel on youtube so i recognised who you were immediately. so if your ever back in Seattle to teach bagua please reach out to me because i would love to attend your classes. thank you for your time.

I haven't worked out to James Brown for decades. I usually put my vids up with my own songs, but i don't have a studio where I am. So I figured I pay a tribute to my dad's old training regiment. I don't think me or my brother like listening to James Brown too much these days.....(repressed memories)
